TENANT REVIEWS

Living at 441 N Eagleville was the best experience I had in the area as a student. The house is spacious, well-maintained, and conveniently located near campus. The woods and the quietness were a big plus for me. The landlords were very responsive and helpful in addressing the issues that have emerged. The fact that the house was nicely furnished was appealing to me since I would only have to worry about moving in and out bedroom furniture.
I definitely recommend this rental for graduate students.

I found the place through a fb post. The place is better than the photos that are provided. It is very quiet and when it is sunny it is very beautiful. I recommend to bring an AC window unit. The rental is 5 minutes driving distance from Storrs campus. The landlord is kind and very easy to reach out to; every time that there is an issue they face it asap. I never had difficulty in communicating with them. I stayed at the place for 1.5 years. The utilities during the winter are a bit high while they are low during the summer.

I recommend this rental to graduate students!

The apartment offered a comfortable living space. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer section, making meal prep easy. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a convenient feature.

One of the highlights was the landlord's proximity for quick repairs and maintenance, providing peace of mind. Overall, my experience in this apartment was very positive. If you're looking for a comfortable space with good amenities and responsive management, this apartment is worth considering.

I enjoyed living in this newly renovated house. It is in a convenient location that is very close to campus and Storrs center. Repairs in the home were completed very quickly and it was great to have a cleaning service for the common areas every two weeks. I liked the privacy of living in a home surrounded by wooded areas that are close to trails.

I am sad to leave 441 NEagleville - it has been an excellent home to me through my graduate program. The quiet, wooded spot with a rushing brook in the nearby trees made it a very peaceful getaway, despite its close proximity to the bustle of campus. Very few issues arose while I was living in the home, and all were quickly addressed. The landlord and lady are very responsible and kind and made the experience very easy.

This was by far the best house I've been a tenant of in the area, perfect for UCONN students as it is a very short drive to school. The inside is well maintained and the landlords are extremely responsive. There is a wonderful deck around the house and the flooring in the room is new so there was none of the typical issues that might come up with older houses. It's surrounded by beautiful trees and close to most things!

Thank you so much. I had a great year. Friendly landlord, great room and quiet location close to campus. The maintenance is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Whenever I have had any issues the landlord has been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare in landlords.

This place worked out very well for my needs. The landlords were very responsive to any issues that cropped up in the house. It was nice having a cleaning service to clean the common areas every 2 weeks so that this did not have to be negotiated with fellow tenants. The upstairs room I rented was very large, allowing for me to create a “bedroom” space, a “desk/work area” space, and a “living room” type space. I was also able to bike or walk to work from the house to the building I worked in on campus.

I absolutely loved living at this rental (apartment), it was quiet, secluded, and nicely furnished. I also really appreciated how close it was to campus and how convenient that was.
